After trying to download tons of data in her sleep/regeneration for efficiency, Seven starts coming up with wacky conspiracy theories to account for, well, everything that's maybe a bit off about the show. Well, everything they have time to do in a single episode. Watch it
Here.

I remember being annoyed that the stranded Galor-class cruiser was never followed up. We saw how much damage Seska did by herself, so we can only imagine what kind of chaos a fully-armed Cardassian warship caused.

Seska was a spy. A Galor would have soldiers. Not exactly the same thing. They would be more direct and brutal, but less subtle and conspiratorial.

The Galor was apparently sent back (according to both of Seven's theories), what really should've been followed up on was the tricolbalt torpedoes in Voyager's inventory.
Tuvok's blind dismissal of the 'tractor beam' was odd too, he didn't see the image and just assumed Seven didn't have any form of evidence.

Sorry, It's been a while since I've seen the episode.
Yeah, we never got a satisfactory explanation for why the ship was carrying tricobalt devices. Could have been an interesting story had they pursued it.
