I was once told that in a ST magazine it was said that the federation increased its weapons by 30 % during the Dominion war, and increased shielding by a factor I can't recall. Anyone have this source?

I don't have a quote of exact numbers but i think i remember something similar being mentioned by Sisko. It was something to do with them capturing a Dominion Fighter and reverse engineering the the ship. Dominion weapons was way better than the feddies weapons at the start of the war.
