First a for most we see that that Picard is able to break a bar in order to impale Shizon on, with about as much force as to break a dried loaf of bread. This obviously shows low hull strengths on trek ships. We also see Reman troops firing on a door, so we know that phasers have less power than is needed to break a hard loaf of bread. We also see Data distroy the Scimitar with a phaser, so the power to break a hard loaf of bread is all that is needed to distroy one of the most powerful ships in the TREK GALAXY!

We see the Argo's speed being matched by some cria 20th century dune buggies. That means the Argo has as much power as those buggies. That means that the argo's reactor is not more powerful than 20th century combustion engines, which means that modern combustion reactors are more powerful than the warp core of a starship.
