A 250 ton (.250 kilotons) mine was detonated by Enterprise. It was omidirectional. It blasted a nice bit off the hull of NX-01. So it was really <0.125 kilotons.
We also learn in the next episode had it exploded a meter to the left, NX-01 would be floating debris (damn...) and they can't polerize the armour there and can't make higher then warp 2.
