So, does tihs mean Enterprise is still "canon"? Well, it doesnt' matter, since every bit of it is contradicts something in TOS. Saying it's only based on previous series explains such inconsistencies. However, that's not enough. Even if Enterprise is canned and a new series starts, B&B will still screw it up.

I can only imagine how Stravo's universe is trying to correct itself for Captain Archer and gang.Asst. Asst. Lt. Cmdr. Smi wrote:So, does tihs mean Enterprise is still "canon"? It's a choice between that or Dawson's Creek. I'd rather take my chances with shitty writing and an actor who brings back fond memories of when sci-fi television was actually worth remembering than with a bunch of untalented teenagers pouting over stuff that is about as television worthy as the can of cheap soda I just didn't throw into the recycling.Wow, you guys actually watch it?
The gift of Superman is the same in his universe as ours. It's not about his powers, his costume, his persona, it's about the using the gifts he has to help people. We all have gifts too, maybe we can't leap tall buildings in a single bound, but maybe we're good with math, maybe we're charming. We can use our gifts -whatever they are- to help people. We just need to make that choice. And Superman shows us that it's possible.
It's not that bad. Not the best show ever, but not crap by any means.

I have to agree with the person earlier on. It's not got Star trek in the title and it says it's "based on Star Trek by Gene Rodenberry". In my mind it ain't cannon. Also in my mind it is crap.

Isn't that what Enterprise is anyway?Patrick Degan wrote:Admiral_K wrote:Only if it were being done in today's BragaTrek™ style.Hell if TOS were to come in today with the same scripts (and updated visuals ofcourse) I'd bet you same people would rip it to shreds as being a "poorly written crapfest"

It’s not impossible to rationalize the continuity contradictions using Mike's parallel universe explanation for Trek Time Travel paradoxes. However, my personal opinion is that it is crap and should be separate.Raoul Duke, Jr. wrote:Based on Enterprise's blatant continuity violations and massive distortions of TOS "history", does this crap series even qualify as "Star Trek"? Since the majority of net-going Enterprise fans can't seem to scrape two functional brain cells together to answer that question, maybe a more rational audience is needed. That's you.
