Star Trek, if only because I don't recall Star Wars having residential (only industrial) scale duplicators. Even if the apartment's replicator can only replicate fairly simple stuff, at least it's there.

Star Trek quarters do seem to be the best although Ii would not mind having an R2 to repair my car :D

Star Wars. If an appliance in the Star Trek apartment broke, it would probably destroy half a city block!
