Can somebody either point me to where on the site it shows conclusivly that Star Wars weapons can destroy ST sheilds or explain it here?

Star Wars weapons are orders of magnitude more powerful than observed ST weapons. Since ST shields have difficulty stopping ST weapons, and SW weapons are greater than ST weapons, SW weapons should be able to penetrate ST shields.

To go into more detail for our new friend...

Star Trek shields have various levels of effectiveness, but against particle weapons(Similar to Turbolasers), we have a direct quote on how much it takes to knock down the shields of a Galaxy.

TNG Season 3, Ep# 51: "Survivors"
WORF: Shields down! Captain, they hit us with four hundred gigawatts of particle energy!

Four hundred gigawatts is a fair chunk of energy compared to the modern world. If my math is right, it is, however, less than the detonation of a kiloton-range nuclear weapon.

Now, Star Wars weapons were finally given definate energy yields in the Episode Two Incredible Cross Sections book(By Dr. Curtis Saxton, author and maintainer of www.theforce.net/swtc). The heaviest mentioned are the medium guns on the 'Acclamator' transport(Those giant wedge ships seen in the end of Ep II.). They are rated at 200 gigatons per shot. This is, literally, millions of times the energy released by the Hiroshima bomb.

As you can see, the difference is mind-boggling. It's like kids throwing rocks at each other compared to a M1-A1 tank.
