It probably is, my memory sucks and I recall GFFA being an acronym for what I posted there, maybe I'm wrong *shrugs*

GFFA is used as net-speak for "Galaxy Far Far Away," the LFL Editors picked up on this and named the new Galactic government in the NJO the Galactic Federation of Free Alliances and thusly, the GFFA. So it's both.
