Could someone tell me the dark stor of how one old artist died and left two idiots to produce? I would very much like to hear the tale of how Star Trek was taken.

Well, they were pretty high up and when Roddenberry (a great man) died, they somehow got promoted to head producer and writer. Some have theorsied that B&B may be attempting to rewrite Trek history in their own defiled image.

To late, they have already done that already with, 29 century Feds for example. Damn Idiotic. If I was to write a Star Trek story I would remove that crap from existance and create something totally from the ground up, somewhat little closer to TOS type characters.

What I want to know is how they got to such a high postion before Roddenberry's death. I don't know how such idiocy went unnoticed. Did trhey pretend to be competent?

We all know how they drove the series itself into the ground. Did they destroy it ratings-wise too?
