In it, 7o9 just said that the weaponry on the Future Janeways ship were designed to be used against Borg technology. So, maybe Transphasics aren't simply shield skippers.

Borg just fired 4 beam shots and a photon torp at batmobile armor Voyager, 10% damage to the armor. So a TL should beable to whip even batmobile armor out in one hit.
