They do have photons, they're the same thing as ordinary light, which is also EM radiation, the only thing 'special' about visible light is that our eyes recieve it.
The only difference between the various types of electromagnetic radiation is the amount of energy found in the photons.
You know, this feels a tad like SB again, where two other gits have to recorrect someone before they admit their mistake.
Are you saying I am right or wrong?
I would certainly think I am right, I even doublechecked with some pages of the NASA site.

You're right.

Its just that Isolder didn't acknowledge my earlier comment on this and continued with his error.

no just that I did not see what you meant. In electronics we treat Micro- and Radio totally as waves and I tend to forget about its other properties. The longer the wavelength the more we can get away with this.

If the RMS was 120 V(pp), wouldn't the actual voltage be somewhere around 179 V(pp)?

No because RMS Is based on only half of the waveform the top.

IT COMES TO 339.46 V(PP)

I just estimated in that post didn't see the need to do the math.

Ok, nevermind. I read your post wrong and I was assuming 120 V(pp) when you said 120 V.
