Anyway, I'm annoyed by Trekkies insisting Saxton made these unmbers up to please Warsies. The 200 gigaton figure was taken from the minimum energy required for a BDZ, scaling methods, and content in EU material.

Ofcourse they wouldn't. Just like if we said that a Phase-Cloaked fleet of Fed Warships with End Game techcould be beaten easily by a chemical-weapon armed ISD with Sun Crusher armor, they would argue that we've never seen chemical weaponry on an ISD and there would be no way for them to gain that much of the metal in any concievable time frame.
