Wouldn't SF with all their fancy medical technology be able to give Data skin? We have the ability to grow skin in a lab today. In fact my plastic surgeon and I discussed the possibility of using it in my skin grafts in 99.

BTW, I do love how you dishonestly redefine their complete lack of sense into 'Tactical arrogance'. If you're going to be a dishonest retard, at least use the right word: Sending one warship is strategic incompetence, not maneuvering or concentrating fire at all is tactical incompetence.
