Janeway meets an imperial starship and for the good of the voyager crew the captian executes her and nelix and Hyperdrives the rest home

Maybe they could take Jar Jar Binks aboard Voyager. Then, Neelix and Jar Jar would become best friends and annoy the entire Voyager crew to the point of committing suicide. By the time an Imperial ship finds them, they only find Neelix with Jar Jar alive and swiftly execute them.

Janeway blunders the initial transmission to the Imperial ship in a stunning display of what makes the Federation the Number One Organisation for starting wars due to "foot in mouth syndrome" and the Imperials destroy the ship with all hands lost.

Janeway would probably mistake a normal docking operation between two ships as some type of attack. She'd open fire on the Imperials to try to rescue the smaller ship. One light turbolaser makes Voyager into a little fire cracker.

The Imperials would capture the ship in a few minutes after they bring down the sheilds. Starfleet security is no match for hardened stormies.

Why waste time and risk possible casualties just to capture a technologically inferior ship???? Why not just blow it away with a single HTL blast

But transporters are the in-thing to have aboard your starships. Everybody is getten' them instaled. Besides, why waste HTL energy when you have renewable stormies.

Some rim world yokels would bounce a pulse from a high-end laser range finder off the thing, destroying the ship.

Put it in a museum. See how it works...then....

Make it into an amusement park in which the single sneeze on the warp core will explode green goo at the person/s.
Umm...use the holodeck as a miniature theme park with roller coaster rides and etc :D

How about the Voyager goes through a wormhole and ends up in the SW galaxy about the sixth or seventh season of the show? The Imperials capture Voyager and after examining the computer files find out Janeway's a murderous psychopath. She's immediately made an Imperial Captain under Grand Moff Tarkin.

Tarkin's tired of banging that crazy bitch who thinks she's a tactical genius but couldn't think of an alternate plan when her decade-old surprise maneuver gets assraped by Admiral Ackbar. Oh, I looked it up: Daala. So he exiles her to that idiot research project in the Maw and takes up with Janeway instead. We're treated to the Secret Files of Kathryn Janeway Redux, only with x-rated fanfic of Tarkin and Janeway instead (featuring occasional three-ways with Emperor Palpatine).

So all the people that attended Quark's holodeck died.

It'd be great, just have a small confine space for something huge ae. Theme Park. The owner does not have to worry about having a large piece of land, littering, food production, breakdowns, etc.

I think I know how it would go, assuming the Caretaker array was position so that the Empire was between Voyager and Federation space. Put the Array in the Unknown Regions near the core or remnant.

The pilot episode goes as indicated (Kazon, etc)

Around the 4th episode, a Star Destroyer would be chasing down a pirate or rebel or something. Janeway would see the Star Destroyer beating up the pirate, wonder what was going on, and hail it.

The Star Destroyer would correctly i.d Voyager as a alien starship. Thinking it is from uncharted territory, and therefore would contain maps for expanding the empire, would fire a low powered warning shot at Voyager from it's low yield guns.

Cannon Figures:
The Captain would be surprised as the volley takes down Voyager's shields and appears to damage the hull. He would order Ion Cannons to disable it.

The captain would be really surprised as Voyager breaks apart under the Ion Cannon fire. He orders tractor beams to tow in the escape pods that were launched, and shuttles to find survivors in the debris (ya never know)

Non-Cannon Figures (i.e the Tech Manual was off, and Mega Watts should have been Terrawatts, let's be fair for this)
Janeway returns fire with the Phasers and Photon's, and the crew watches as they slam into the Star Destroyer hull and cause little to no damage.

The Star Destroyer fires another volley, gets an idea of Voyager shields, then pounds its shields down then pounds it with Ion Cannon fire until it is disabled. Detecting Antimatter, they use another tractor beam to rip the Warp core out of Voyager and blast it, thinking its a self-destruct.

Voyager is pulled aboard the Star Destroyer. Stormtroopers board it, and there is a firefight. The Stormtroopers don't want to waste time subduing 120 people when there is a pirate ship to board *much more entertaining* so they use biological and chemical weapons to disable the crew.

The Empire pulls a datadump, finds out about Starfleet etc, including where about this weak galaxy is, and starts invasion plans and tech analysis. They laugh at the Federations weaknesses, and decide they'd be doing the galaxy a favour.

Janeway recovers, and is tortured for tactical info, and then executed for blowing up the Caretakers array. The Empire then invade the Kazon, kick there ass with ease, and enslave the Occompa. Neelix is tortured for information about the Unknown Regions, and Kes becomes the Star Detroyer captains play toy. (or possibly Palpatine's). Most of the voyager crew is tortured to death, and the Vulcan's are given to the Imperial inquisitors to play with

The Empire makes a deal with Chakoty (possibly backed with a few Dark Side suggestions/powers by Vader, Palpatine, or any of there dark sider servants), where he gets an old Imperial battleship (save a Frigate or a Dreadnaught) to take back to the Milkway Galaxy to do all the damage he wants to the Cardassians and the Federation. Unknown to Chakoty, the ship is full of Imperial spies that just need a way into the Trek galaxy to do recon work.

What happens to voyger once it is in the star war galaxy depends on where and when it appears in the star wars galaxy. Remember this is a ship that takes 75 years to cross the galaxy, it is going to be pretty much stuck in a small place in the star wars galaxy.

1. The outer rim, republic era : Janeway encounters private corporations (perhaps our old friends the trade federation) or smaller species. No one pays any attention to her when they see the pathetic energy output readings on voyger. Soon janeway learns about the conflict between the republic and the seperatists. She decides to help the republic help crush the rebels but the local sector governor points out that 1. Voygers shields wont stand up to one light turbolaser blast. 2. She would take decades to reach the troubled star systems. Eventualy the local governor gets bored , he puts the ship in a muesuem and sells janeway and the crew as slaves.

2. Galactic core, republic era : Voyger is quickly intercepted by republic warships. Eventualy Janeway faints at the sight of the massive armada sent to find out how could an unidentified vessel penetrate so deep in to the heart of the galaxy undetected. Soon Janeway is all the news on the media. News of the visitors from a distant galaxy spreads fast. The republic convenes the senate to decide Janeways fate. Though she had the chance to become a celebraty if she presented herself as an emissary of peace and friendship from a distant galaxy her stupidity lands her in deep trouble. Soon Palpatine proclaims that Janeway is a spy and the UFP is a powerful galactic power about to launch an assault on the republic. Palpatine sees the federation as the perfect excuse to consolidate his power. Military spendings shoot up and the largest armada in the republics history is sent to crush the federation. The federation prays as mighty battlecruisers, destroyers and battleships launch an all out assault.

3. Outer rim, imperial era : Voyger is encountered by an imperial star destroyer which picks up voygers warp emission from light years away. The captain of the star destroyer demands an explanation for stealing a 25000 year old warp drive from the muesuem. Janeway tries to explain but her reply is cut short by the thunder of turbolaser blasts ripping apart voygers hull. Soon janeway and the surviving crew are captured and sent to a prison world. Meanwhile the rebels learn of the alien starship and rescues janeway in hope of finding new technology for use against the empire.
Janeway however denounces her liberators as terrorists and in the ensuing argument over using terrorism to fight an oppressive dictatorship the rebels lose patience and shoot her.

4. Galactic core, imperial era : Voyger is intercepted within minutes by star destroyers. Within hours an armada is at the site, several high ranking officers are executed by lord vader for failing to prevent an unidentified ship travel so close to the heart of the empire. News of the empire's failure to intercept voyger is blacked out in the media. To make sure no one ever learns of this failure Vader orders janeway and all her crew be executed and voyger to be tractored in to a star.

Actually, in the Imperial era, I see the Empire using Voyager and its database and social idiology information as the perfect propaganda weapon

i.e

the Rebellion is just a front for an advanced extra-galactic race to cause unrest in the galaxy. (They could hint they are the force behindsome of Palpatine's extreme policies, using mind control Darth Vader recently discovered and defeated, leading to there capture.) The point to Voyager's technology as proof of there extra-galactic origin. They parade obvious alien's in front of the media (Kes, Neelix, Torress, Tuvok, various others) that have been brainwashed to admit to invasion plans.

Heck, they could claim the "Federation" was behind the Clone Wars and the seperatists, etc

Support for the rebellion would fall quickly with a little falsified information (i.e using transporters to kidnap people and alter them, the holodoctor as proof of biological weapons research, since holograms are not risking infection).

Properly played, you'd have Rebel capital ships, including the Mon Cal cruisers, signing up with the Empire to help reply the invasion.

You might be able to play it into public support on a massive scale for the superweapons.
