Big teeth, sharp claws, loud roars yes? who need sall them fancy ray guns and space ships right? I sure dont *drops phaser like kilingon and slays battalions of red shirts with bare hands/ba'leth* So which shows nonsentient monsters are cooler? preferably wars (its sad when your biased towards your favorite sides monsters) cause lets face when u got the whole rancor/wampa/space slug/opee sea killer/colo claw fish/sando aqua monster/reek/acklay/nexu combo going down, what does ST have that even comes close to visousness of SW monsters? Im not real familiar with any so please feel free to enlighten me, but be warned: a rancor could whip there butt neways ya understand! But then again what couldnt he?

8472 is the only half way decent scary monster they have except it lasted all of five mins before the suddly started Holoing the 8472s to look like Humans as the budget for Scary Monster Costums ran out

And S8472 was probably at least semi-sentient, and probably more intelligent than that! It doesn't even qualify as a monster!

You also have Krayt Dragons and Sarlaacs, Dianogas and Mynocks, and that creature that swallowed R2 before spitting him out. If you have the Guide to Wildlife, there are other scary monsters from SW, though mostly frightening because of their size. Vorskyrs, slash rats, Goraxes, that lizard that lives in lava....

Rancors are also sentient, at least the Dathomiri ones. Do you mean Jabba's rancor?
