A trandoshan faces off against a gorn. There's nothing special about either of the two unarmed combattants as they face off in the arena from TOS: Arena.

Two lizardmen enter, one lizardman leaves.

A Trandoshan isn't much stronger than a Human, whereas the original Gorn was much, much stronger, but slower than a Human, and the new one was stronger and faster. I'm giving it to the Gorn.

Trandoshans are nearly an even fight for Wookies in HTH,
Theyre also tougher and can survive limbs being torn off (they grow back)

Evidence for Transdoshans almost being as strong as wookiees? Also, men can survive losing their limbs too. The fact that young Trandoshans can regenrate them over the matter of months doesn't make a difference in the fight.

Of course Wookie strength is exxaggerated. I see a lot about them 'ripping limbs off people' when it's far more likely that the incident in question was only a dislocation, which doesn't require superhuman strength at all.

were does this trandos are as strong as wookiees comes from? the Trandos I recall that were anywere close to that strenght level are the trando heavy gunners from Republic Commando (and wookiees can throw adult humans around like they were rag dolls, so I dout that they're very weak)

Wookies are also said to be able to dismantle TIE fighters (KJA though, don't hurt me I didn't write it).
