Does he appear(physicly) in any Eu sources? Or is he just a god worshipped by the sith earth religion style.

Not Physically (to my knowledge) but he/she is mentioned frequently on Korriban via the Sith. And considering the frequency of Demi-Gods in SW, I think the Sith'ari would actually be a real entity, whether or not it's a Sith Lord who holds "Unlimited Power" is up for debate.

He froze Tasha Yar, and a nameless Ensign (SP) once, but that's as close as he's come.
