The average Iraqi (most being Kurds or Shittes) does not have fond members of the Saddam regime. At the moment they don't like us to much either, or at least several thousand of them with guns don't like us to much at the moment. Sad to say, the assholes with guns are usually able to give more wieght (in the form of hot lead) to their opinions...
