If Mexico kicks those people out of the country into the U.S. I assume they would be treated as refugees by the U.S. govt. They probably would create temporary refugee camps in the southwest U.S. to hold them until something is worked out with the Mexican govt.

On a sillier note, maybe we might invade Mexico and annex it.

The US nukes the entire border zone such that any people who try to cross die from the radiation.
