Would the cats even care that they're going out to a restaurant? My cats seem content with eating the burnt parts of the pork chops I put on the floor for them at dinner.

They seem content, but in reality they are just bidding their time until they strike. There is only one way to save yourself, feed them fresh ham, before it's too late!
