Question:
The client was a public relations worker who represents the Berkeley County school district
Was the client an independent PR guy with the school system as one of his clients, or an employee of the school system?

If he was an independent PR guy, then he was perfectly within his rights to bitch to the company about the guy using tickets he provided to heckle Bush.

If he was an employee of the school district, then he acted improperly.
