He blamed Bush supporters, equating this with "Bushites" draging Kerry's record through the dirt.

The way that he tries to explain it makes it sound like it's only Bush supporters who do this crap. You know for a fact that's not true, as demonstrarted in the video clip itself.

Nice argument. It is not a fallacy.

He says, "Why not? Bush supporters spent the last week kicking wounded veterans with their Purple Heart Band-Aids. That's what the GOP is all about: kicking people when they're down..." Now, it's quite simple to see my point through this statement. He is branding the entire GOP and Bush supporters as condoning this kind of activity.

The fact that NTU cut the guy out of the picture makes me 99% sure it's the same person.

....lol.
"Right now we can tell you a report was filed by the family of a 12 year old boy yesterday afternoon alleging Mr. Michael Jackson of criminal activity. A search warrant has been filed and that search is currently taking place. Mr. Jackson has not been charged with any crime. We cannot specifically address the content of the police report as it is confidential information at the present time, however, we can confirm that Mr. Jackson forced the boy to listen to the Howard Stern show and watch the movie Private Parts over and over again."
