It relaxes the so-called "Three Strikes" law in some respects (it makes only serious and/or violent felonies count, instead of all felonies as before) but toughens the sentences for those felonies, e.g. doubling them for two-time offenders and tripling them for three-time offenders.Shinova wrote:California, Proposition 66.
