Dude, when you were 12 you were stronger than women who don't fight. I know some slight, short women who fight like tigers; most women just react badly to fear and pain. I'll never understand the 'I got hit so I'll cry and bend over' response women seem to have, but it IS grimly amusing.

DWs suggestion is an interesting point. There's always another way to look at situations; and would it even be possible to determine what was happening, since it was just the two of them?

Maybe not...

But 12 year-olds raping people isn't exactly something you hear about every day. I have a hard time visualizing that child coming from a happy, stable family.

Maybe it is too late for him, but killing him would be directing your attention to the wrong place, IMO.
