People never learn
It always happens to those people who live far away over there.
Most of the time you lock the doors nothing Bad happens and you save money.
Then one day you're one of those people only now it's happening right here and you can't get the damned doors open. Don't you wonder how many people at that night club had heard about the Rhode Island disaster? (They did get international press, didn't it?)
I don't feel sorrow for the dead, I reserve that for those who are maimed yet will survive, who will have to return to what passes for normal life at some point with their scars and crippling and try to make their way in a world that will have forgotten their tragedy, and likely gone on to generate new ones.

The person or persons who made the decision to lock the emergency exits instead of merely posting a bouncer at each door and the assholes who had to light fireworks fucking indoors.
