Huh. Odd how no one brought up "Egypt mistreating & handing off inconvenient Darfur refugees".
Good for Israel for opening up a bit; hopefully the others can find a safe haven as well. Of course, IMO, if some Western powers that have ties in the region (France) or that could use a small PR boost in the region (EU, US) had acted to set up defended refugee camps in the first place the situation may well have been moot.
Something about Libertarianism always bothered me. Then one day, I realized what it was:
Libertarian philosophy can be boiled down to the phrase, "Work Will Make You Free."
In Libertarianism, there is no Government, so the Bosses are free to exploit the Workers.
In Communism, there is no Government, so the Workers are free to exploit the Bosses.
