I spent the first four years of my life in Armidale, actually. Seems there are closer ties between SDN members than I expected.

On topic, this is highly unlikely to survive long term. Even if it is put in place, the outcry that will result will mean it'll either be pulled or be pulled the next time the government changes hands,
