Frontline's take on Healthcare

Post by Falkenhayn »

The whole episode should take up about an hour of your time.

Frontline: Sick Around the World

I see now how much the far right benefits from the label "socialized medicine". Sculpt a vision of not-for-profit healthcare around some bad aspects of the British system, and realize that Joe Sixpack won't bother to investigate the alternative approaches. Same old hackneyed arguments to fit the same old constricted discourse.
Many thanks! These darned computers always screw me up. I calculated my first death-toll using a hand-cranked adding machine (we actually calculated the average mortality in each city block individually). Ah, those were the days.

Way too brief and simple.......... Seems to be the show appears to be more about showing the wide facet of other health systems in the world, and harping about US poor statistics in comparison. Doesn't really offer a real indepth look into others that would allow viewers to absorb ideas for change.......
