I'm on the fence. While I agree that they need to deal with what they create, I can see situations where an injunction may be warranted, such as a "give me £100,000 or I go to the tabloids with a made up story". Once something hits the papers the damage is done, even if it is false and in those cases an injunction may buy the time to reveal that before its all over the country.
