"Collaboration" does not mean actually peddling drugs and many of them were operations where CIA agents operated as double agents to penetrate drug rings and whatnot.

Much of black poverty is caused by for example the lack of stable families and the lack of importance many families place in education. In addition the US government has tried to do much for blacks (and other minorities in general)-Civil Rights Acts, desegregation, and Great Society programs for a start.

Read the fucking article you slacker. It specifically mentions cases where the CIA stopped the DEA from acting against drug traffickers, gave money to traffickers, and generally assisted in the importation of drugs to the United States. They did not personally order field agents to heft sacks of blow into vans or swallow condoms full of coke and get on an airplane, but they certainly knew that the coke would go into the USA and they didn't give a rat's ass about that.

As the Count pointed out, how much drug went to rich white kids in the suburbs and how much went to poor blacks in the inner cities?

So your entire response to that is that civil rights programs, which black communities and black leaders fought and gave their goddamn lives for (while Chocula smarms about how that was all in the past and we should put it behind us) make up for all the other things the US government has done to treat its minorities shittily.

Well what else can the government do? They have made the laws fair-they cannot change the minds of racists.

Meanwhile, black families in inner cities tend to have stability problems. There tends to be a rejection of traditional education in those same areas. Where did this come from? Why did this happen? Well, your response is apparently that black families chose this, as I asked specifically what problems you believed to be the fault of black people. Or maybe your reading comprehension is at about a fourth grade level.
