Apparently none that actually know what they're doing, or nobody listens to them.

Although I didn't know Obama said that in his apology, about Afghani kids being worth the same as American kids. That probably helped quite a bit, plus the fact it was a lone gunman type situation. The pyromaniacal pastor was also pretty much a single loon but he got lots of press coverage and he represents a portion of a major world religion, so there was implicit support for his actions, from the perspective of the Afghanis.
