I think it's also that there are still a lot of Republicans who are still sore from years of dealing with attacks on Bush. It appears as though there is a dolchstoss mythology building about the Bush years. Some say that Bush wasn't a true Republican/conservative, others that liberals/RINOs/other sabotaged him, or whatever.LapsedPacifist wrote:To some extent the criticism was always meant to demonstrate that Obama isn't perfect on foreign affairs(and therefore Romney didn't have to be, either).
