Thousands sign US petition to deport Justin Bieber

Post by EnterpriseSovereign »

More than 100,000 Americans have signed an online petition asking for the singer Justin Bieber to be deported to Canada.

It follows a string of controversies and his arrest last week in Miami on suspicion of driving under the influence and resisting arrest.

The petition, posted on the White House website, calls for the singer's green card to be revoked as "we are being wrongly represented in the world of pop culture".

It adds that Bieber is "dangerous" and a "terrible influence on our nations youth".

One of my nieces is extremely broken up about this......

Anyways, I thought this was overreacting to some idiot goosing his super-car a bit and people freaking out. That was until the wife informed me of the (thankfully not) lethal amounts of stupidity involved in this whole ordeal:
No License
Admitting to drug and alcohol abuse prior to the event.
Having security block traffic to facilitate a street race.
Driving 60mph in a 30mph zone.
Failing a sobriety test.
Possible abuse of police escorts.

Looks like Florida might be good for something. A nice change.

A decision must be made in the life of every nation at the very moment when the grasp of the enemy is at its throat. Then, it seems that the only way to survive is to use the means of the enemy, to rest survival upon what is expedient, to look the other way. Well, the answer to that is 'survival as what'? A country isn't a rock. It's not an extension of one's self. It's what it stands for. It's what it stands for when standing for something is the most difficult! - Chief Judge Haywood
