Kuwait City attacked!

Just saw it on CNN. A missile hit Kuwait City. That is all.

The Iraqis have been firing dayly into Kuwait City, one of those (unlawfull) balistic missiles is bound to go through Patriot defenses (law of probabilities and all that, you know).
Question is: when will one of the warheads be loaded with Chemical/Biological weapons?

The Silkworm hit the cities seawall, resulting on little more then broken glass and one injury. Lucky, the weapons warhead is quite large.

Where did they fire a Silkworm from? Don't we own the areas close enough to Kuwait to launch a Silkworm? If they can launch a Silkworm at Kuwait, does'nt that mean they can still target ships?
