Fox News.

And I wasn't implying that the Iraqis would build a paper-mache statue of Saddam. But due to motion handling problems in the video codec, there was an initial frizz on the edges and the center of the statue disappeared.

If the US Army built a phaser cannon, anyway, at least they'd do it right.
