Saw this piece of shit lawsuit over at SB...I'm almost at a loss for words. It's lame beyond words and makes Cali look even worse. And no offence to my Bay Area brethren, but I'm not surprised to see it taking place over there.

Heaven forbid people start taking responsibility for their own actions. Let's regulate everything so we don't have to think for ourselves.

No offense taken, but most of the folks Ive seen here are rolling their eyes as well. Problem is there is a vocal group of loonies like this that never seem to shut up.

Dammit, I think Im gonna go buy a bunch of Double Stuff Oreos and I really dont like them all that much.
