Should she have to remove her veil?

Yes. I agree with the Judge's ruling. She needs to remover her veil or get her liscense revoked

You're missing the point. Nobody is keeping her from getting a license. She can have one anytime she wants one. She just has to show her face for the picture. What's wrong with that? She is free to make her choice, just like the rest of us are.
