You may be surprised to receive this letter from me, but I have
only now regained the ability to write. For the purpose of introduction, I
am Mr. Saddam Hussein, the son of Dr. Hussein al-Majid, a wealthy
ruler/provider in Iraq who was murdered when I was but a boy in a
tribal dispute common to my my country, and many others.
I got your contact through the internet based on our urgent
need for a dependable and trustworthy foreign partner. Hence I
decided to write to you.
My rise in the ranks of the Ba'athist political party is one memory
I would dwell upon, were I not weighted down with the pressing issue
at hand. Suffice to say, I acquired numerous armaments and weaponry
on my journey to lead my people to victory over the insurgents, and
continued to increase the cache of weapons in my years in power,
so as to protect my family, especially against Western agressors.
The WMD problem, in our country came when the American cowboy
President Mr. George Bush, in a bid to boost his sagging 70% approval
rating and to increase his shares in a corrupt oil scheme designed to
cheat my people out of their hard-earned money, claimed I had failed
to live up to my agreement specified in an imagined UN Resolution 1441.
This, and other claims he made were as factually incorrect as the
accusation that I chemically murdered Kurdish tribesmen, with whom I
am deep friends and devote many prayers for each day. They are the
salt of the earth. Before I voluntarily stepped down from my office, I
made to secure my country's rightfully owned defenses, in a place
that is sure to be overlooked by the glitzy and undercautious
American.
I was beset for over a year by this buckaroo President, after which
he defied a world who had forgiven my mistakes as a leader and
oversaw my few indiscretions in the armaments business. He gave
me an ultimatum which gave me no choice but to defy his incursion.
My people suffered greatly from this lunatic's father and now they
have suffered again. The Americans even looted our museums,
raiding our national treasures and loosing the fabric of our culture.
The good news is that my people have strong hearts and have
given no quarter. My army fought with courage and steadfastness
in the face of evil death at the hands of this barbarous dictator.
Bush is a Hitler to me, and as hateful as his father before him.
It is against this background that I have fled my country to a
nation bordering mine who havens refugees like me and my
family.
As the only surviving male member of my family, I am saddled
with the responsibility of seeking a genuine partner who may
assist me without alerting the cowboy government who is bent
on stealing my people's oil and defrauding our goods. The British
government seems to be playing along with them, though the
French have offered their tacit support of my rightful rule. I am
faced with the difficulty of moving such a large collection of
chemical defenses and other large armaments out of Iraq, for
the fear of being attacked on pretense, as history has taught.
I am seeking a partner whom I have to entrust my future and
my nation's future in his/her hands. To this end, we need your
assistance to stand as the Beneficiary of the Consignments in
Saudi Arabia, Yemen, and parts of Jordan and Syria. This is because
I am under restricted movement (due to an unfortunate leg and arm
injury) and must be careful to avoid the foreign vipers now traversing
our sands. I wish to keep careful in order not to lose this cache which
I have worked so hard to maintain. I have several CONTACT persons
at Security Stations, positioned as mosques to deflect suspicions)
who can assist in moving these weapons to these countries under
DIPLOMATIC COVER of the Russians and French to several of
known locations for pockets of Ba'athist resistance fighters, as
well as our brothers in the Al-Quaeda universities around the world.
This is 100% legal and will not be screened.
