Well, if they followed the American Business model you'd outsource the entire operation to businesses, who'd either make the same product, or increase the potency to hideously undercut the current drug market. God bless laissez-faire economics...

My guess is that the weed is deliberately being made horrible in order that patients don't earn a supplimental income selling part of their perscription. Either that or the people actually harvesting and processing the weed don't know you're not supposed to include seeds and stems.

...and in other news, three friends of Lucas' have been arrested after breaking into a bakery at 3 am.
