Iraq/Afghanistan Funding to run out

because the Bush administration's $401.7 billion fiscal 2005 defense budget contains no money for Iraq and Afghanistan, the armed services will be forced to pay for operations in the two countries with money that's supposed to be used for modernization and other items.

I disagree with the Democrats because they're too pansy to use the military in the first place and disagree with the Republicans because they think they can field the military while cutting taxes as fast as they can go, leaving them with no money to pay for it. This is why I'm an independent.
