Acutaly the leadership is poor is misleading

Quote from articule
Nearly three quarters American soldiers polled in Iraq said their battalion level command leadership is 'poor' and shows 'a lack of concern' for their soldiers.
Generaly Leadership in the military comes in three flavors, Good, God(He moves in mysterious ways and no one can ever find him but sometimes things come from on high to you poor people, also normaly a good thing in Peacetime because they leave you alone but baad in a battlefield) and of coures "Other"

The three quaters figure is abit high but normaly at Battalion level its 30%-50% but 75% is a might high, 82%-84% is were you get reaaaly worried as that starts to inculded those that never ever bitch publicly

Morale Problems

Post by Aaron »

I'm not surprised in the slightest. After all when your under constant attack from people that you were told would welcome you, that's a bit of a downer.

I'm curious to see what the morale is across the entire military not just those in combat zones. The Canadian military is facing a similar crisis right now. And most of us aren't deployed to a combat zone.
