Actually, the original South Australian cerfificate says "G.F. Lavender." The kenyan certificate photoshopped it to say "E.F. Lavender."
This is the original document that was photoshopped to make the Kenyan BC.
I must say, the fake birth certificate for "Ba-rock 'The Islamic Shock' Hussein Superallah Obama" that Instant Sunrise posted in Testing a while back was a less obvious forgery than the one Taitz released.

A decision must be made in the life of every nation at the very moment when the grasp of the enemy is at its throat. Then, it seems that the only way to survive is to use the means of the enemy, to rest survival upon what is expedient, to look the other way. Well, the answer to that is 'survival as what'? A country isn't a rock. It's not an extension of one's self. It's what it stands for. It's what it stands for when standing for something is the most difficult! - Chief Judge Haywood

While I'm not entirely sure about the whole 'two years adult' law- it was certainly the case at the time but I cannot recall whether or not it specifically grandfathered by the 1975 naturalization act, I do know that the statements that one must be born on US Soil is false (specifically, it's either or, but that was already addressed), but there was a comment stating that US Military bases counted as soverign US soil for the purposes of being born a natural citizen, but they actually do not. A court ruling decided that despite the common misconception, as far as the 14th amendment and other naturalization documents were concerned, they were NOT the same as traditional U.S. Soil.
Thank you, Duckie...that one I will definitely save.
