That's the EU for you. When in doubt, regulate (though in the case of Nazi symbols, perhaps they are not entirely wrong. The problem is that the swastika is also a symbol that has been used in various eastern religions for millenia).

Honestly, I don't know. I must say though that if this goes through the EU thought police will start to ressemble Nazis more than some silly royal kid in a costume party does.
