It works both ways though. I have seen plenty of cases where a certain subset of women freak out when ever a white man gets anything irregardless of competitiveness blaming the imaginary "patriarchy" even if the woman was absolutely not competitive. So what can we conclude from that other than 1) We should avoid any and all criteria other than competitiveness to ensure nobody can make a reasonable complaint and 2) Some people are just stupid and will complain unreasonably when ever they don't get their way?Adam Reynolds wrote:Lets say you have 10 people who apply for a job.
