I believe there's still the nasty snag that the California Supreme's also ruled male-female couples can't have different rights from same-sex couples. Which will create the sort of total chaos that will have the Supreme's stepping in on this one.

I know that the anti-gay-marriage people have a plan for if/when that happens, but darned if I know what it is.

I know that the anti-gay-marriage people have a plan for if/when that happens, but darned if I know what it is.

If they had a plan, it would involve retracting the Proposition and returning at the next opportunity with wording that will not outlaw marriage.

More likely, they will go berserk at 'Activist Judges', 'Coastal Elites', and proclaim this is some evil hippie conspiracy.
