In the Bible, does the Devil actually even do anything objectively evil?

He tempts Jesus in the desert, but I don't know if that's "objectively evil". I guess if you consider any demonic activity to be an extension of Satan's actions, then in the New Testament demons fuck with innocent peoples' mental health all the time (e.g. the possessed maniac who lives in a graveyard). Also, if you retcon the serpent in Genesis to be Satan, then there's that as well.

Anyway, asking about "objective evil" when it comes to the Bible is somewhat meaningless, since the Bible essentially defines "evil" in terms of anything that contradicts God's will.

Satan's on-screen presence in the Bible is pretty limited, and in any event, his job description is tempting people into sin/rebellion against God. Kicking puppies is beneath him, I would presume.

Out of all people fighting wars, all prayed to God to help them. Roughly half of them won and roughly half of them died, so statistics say that God intervenes. And since he recognizes Satan as ruler of the earth in the Bible, he intervenes illegally.

Wait... the Bible also says about God's final victory. So he vows to invade Satan's land and depose him? In the same document where he acknowledges his sovereignty? And people actually worship this guy?
