I am guessing, JUST GUESSING, that Zimmerman is never going to join any sort of neighborhood watch program again. So there is a good chance that he will never shoot anyone again unless a bad situation develops with a home invader.

So we can presume guilt of future crime then. I think Philip K. Dick is turning over in his grave now.
