Well then, a cloud of suspicion will be hovering over them until they are investigated. I seriously doubt that Congress had anything to do with it. There is some evidence that Rumsfeld may have had at least a partial hand in it, but he has not been investigated yet. Based upon my limited watching of the Senate Armed Services Committee on C-Span, it looks like the worst of the abuses are at Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo. The other Iraqi prisons had abuses, but nothing of the severity of those at Abu Ghraib.

It sickened me, not only that particular story (it was over 2 students who were kept/abused for a long time in a cellar without any good reason), but because its probably one of many stories that happened. This story was 6 months ago so god knows what more crimes have happened there since
