So it would require 3 shuttle trips to set up the laser array, and even then it wouldn't have any life-support, communications, or targeting ability.

i also have Franz Joseph's ships of the starfleet in my basement somewhere. Go build me a Miranda class starship.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. I was talking about where on poster said mounting the Silver tower laser in the shuttle and taking shots with it.

My post above shows that even if we had Silver Tower tech, we still couldn't mount the laser on the shuttle.
