Is no joke. We have national shortage of .38 revolvers because so many people in ours buy them now. In FourthA rmy we run program give people at risk teachers police security guards families of these interest free loan so can buy gun. Mostly they buy .38 revolvers. They do not want semi-auto for they have fear of jamming. But presence of guns now has cut number of drive-by shootings very greatly. When terrorists once knew target could not fight back now they expect return fire. And are not so keen on making attack to start.
